Owner Christy Prue started North Star Care in 2021. She worked as a CNA in long term care facilities and home care for over 20 yrs. Our team of trained CNA’s, HHA’s, and Companions range in all years of experience. Our aides have experience in Alzheimer’s, Dementia and Hospice Care.

We offer a wide range of services. Short hrs., Long hrs. Live ins, 24 hr. care, Respite Care, Companion Care, Hospice Assistance, Transportation and More . Our clients have access to a 24/7 phone number that they can reach us on at all times.

We started our Home Health Aide Course through Care Academy in 2025. It’s a hybrid course with online and hands on skills training Hrs. with a highly trained RN. We are looking forward to bringing a new generation into home care.
